As a leader, I try not to take myself too seriously. ... Because I want to make sure that everyone's comfortable engaging with me. When I go get lunch, I talk to everyone in the cafeteria, regardless of their role, and regardless of what they do, and I want them to view and see me as someone approachable, as someone that they can talk to and engage with.
